Senior Manager – Engineering
About the role
The Senior Engineering Manager will lead the evolution of our ValueOps Financial Intelligence Solution, integrating AI, Cloud Financial Management, Software Portfolio Management (SPM), DevOps, and engineering analytics into a unified intelligent operating model.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Unified Hybrid FinOps Engineering Strategy
- Define and execute the engineering roadmap for Unified Hybrid FinOps capabilities.
- Build scalable enterprise SaaS solutions spanning public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Deliver an integrated AI solution connecting Hybrid Cloud FinOps, Software Portfolio Management (SPM), engineering metrics, and business value realization.
- Drive AI-First Engineering
- Lead adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI across engineering workflows.
- Deliver AI-powered capabilities including: Cloud cost optimization, Capacity forecasting, Intelligent budgeting, Portfolio recommendations, Investment planning, Tokenomics, Executive insights, AI-assisted engineering operations.
- Partner with AI platform teams to leverage LLMs, AI Agents, MCP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge platforms.
- Lead Modern Cloud Financial Management Solutions
- Lead engineering initiatives across: Hybrid Cloud FinOps, Public & Private Cloud Cost Management, Kubernetes Cost Optimization, Showback / Chargeback, Cloud Resource Optimization, Budget Planning & Forecasting, AI Infrastructure Cost Management, Consumption Analytics, Financial Governance, Executive Reporting.
- Advance Engineering & DevOps Excellence
- Partner with platform engineering and DevOps teams to: Improve engineering productivity through AI-assisted development, Modernize CI/CD pipelines and release automation, Enhance observability, reliability, and platform scalability, Implement DevSecOps and Secure-by-Design practices, Improve software quality and operational efficiency through automation.
- Deliver End-to-End ValueOps
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Finance to connect strategy with execution by enabling: Strategic Portfolio Management, Investment Planning, Agile Planning, Capacity Planning, Financial Portfolio Management, Engineering Analytics, Value Stream Metrics, Business Outcome Tracking.
- Build, mentor, and develop world-class engineering teams.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Drive Agile execution and engineering best practices across globally distributed teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product Management, Architecture, DevOps, AI, Finance, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading engineering managers and global engineering teams.
- Strong experience building enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience designing cloud-native distributed systems.
- Prominent success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development and engineering delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical and business leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in several of the following areas: Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Private Cloud and Hybrid Cloud platforms, Kubernetes and container platforms, Software Portfolio Management (SPM), Value Stream Management, Hybrid Cloud Financial Management, Agile Planning and Portfolio Management, DevOps and Platform Engineering, Engineering Productivity, Generative AI and Agentic AI, LLM integration, AI Agents, MCP, Prompt Engineering, and RAG, Enterprise analytics and executive dashboards, Financial planning and investment governance.

Compensation And Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is USD 150,800.00 To USD 241,200.00. As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
