Senior Manager, End User Lifecycle Operations

Responsibilities

  • Own operational governance for licensing programs, including renewal calendars and compliance
  • Lead data collection and reconciliation for the true-up/true-down process, ensuring audit readiness
  • Maintain accurate license positions by partnering with SAM/ITAM and finance teams
  • Establish and monitor license management processes, including request/approval flows
  • Produce reports on license utilization and compliance risks to drive corrective actions
  • Provide oversight for Microsoft tenant management aligned with security standards
  • Manage PC procurement operations and oversee asset tracking and lifecycle governance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft licensing/SAM, IT asset management, endpoint operations, procurement operations, or IT service management
  • Familiarity with operational processes and strong controls, including audit trails and documentation
  • Experience with endpoint lifecycle operations such as procurement and inventory management
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, along with excellent communication abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience producing executive-ready analytics and dashboards
