Responsibilities
- Own operational governance for licensing programs, including renewal calendars and compliance
- Lead data collection and reconciliation for the true-up/true-down process, ensuring audit readiness
- Maintain accurate license positions by partnering with SAM/ITAM and finance teams
- Establish and monitor license management processes, including request/approval flows
- Produce reports on license utilization and compliance risks to drive corrective actions
- Provide oversight for Microsoft tenant management aligned with security standards
- Manage PC procurement operations and oversee asset tracking and lifecycle governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft licensing/SAM, IT asset management, endpoint operations, procurement operations, or IT service management
- Familiarity with operational processes and strong controls, including audit trails and documentation
- Experience with endpoint lifecycle operations such as procurement and inventory management
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, along with excellent communication abilities
- Advanced Excel skills and experience producing executive-ready analytics and dashboards
