Senior Manager, Enablement Learning Experience (remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Enablement Learning Experience to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will shape how complex information is translated into clear, engaging learning experiences that support enablement across the organization. You will partner closely with enablement leaders and subject-matter experts to design high-impact, self-paced content and polished facilitator materials. The position combines instructional design, learning strategy, and project leadership to improve how teams learn, apply, and retain critical business knowledge. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually Responsibilities Design high-impact self-paced learning experiences that simplify complex concepts Create digital learning using authoring platforms and develop multimedia content Build polished presentations and facilitator materials for varied learning formats Collaborate with enablement leaders to create and execute effective learning strategies Translate business priorities into focused learning objectives and experiences Partner with subject-matter experts to distill expertise into engaging learning content Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear development plans and milestones Qualifications 5+ years in sales enablement or a related function Experience building enablement programs and learning experiences in-house Proficiency with digital learning tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise Advanced skills in PowerPoint and strong visual storytelling capabilities Experience with learning management systems, preferably Seismic Deep understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum development Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives Benefits Healthcare, life and disability coverage 401(k) with company match Paid sick and personal time off Paid parental leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
