Senior Manager, Employee Communications & Employer Branding

About the role

This role will shape how the organization communicates with employees and external talent audiences, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned to business priorities. You will partner closely with executive leaders and cross-functional teams to support major organizational changes, strengthen the employee experience, and build a compelling employer brand. The position also plays a key role in translating engagement insights into action and guiding a team of communications professionals to deliver high-impact work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to craft messaging for town halls and leadership updates
• Advise on communication strategies for major organizational changes
• Write and publish newsletters and announcements, ensuring content accuracy
• Develop the Employer Value Proposition and create employer brand content
• Manage reputation channels like Glassdoor and LinkedIn
• Lead a team of communications professionals and translate engagement insights into action plans

Qualifications

• 8+ years in internal communications within HR, marketing, or corporate communications
• 4+ years of leadership experience coaching and developing teams
• Experience in employee experience, culture, and inclusion initiatives
• Hands-on use of generative AI in communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse audiences
• Proven background in employer branding and recruitment marketing

Compensation

$121,500 – $160,000 annually
