Senior Manager, Digitalization
Salary Range
Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
Drive digital transformation
Help advance the digitalization roadmap across the McDonald’s U.S. System—improving data quality and visibility, increasing operational efficiency, and delivering scalable solutions that strengthen supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute the digital supply chain strategy established by the Senior Director of Business Solutions, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and results.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Digitalization team, establishing priorities, managing workloads, and supporting individual and team development.
- Oversee a portfolio of digital initiatives, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive engagement and adoption of digital programs and solutions.
- Provide executive-level updates on program status, implementation progress, performance metrics, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Identify and assess strategic risks and operational challenges, escalating issues when appropriate and driving timely resolution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to coordinate implementation activities, align priorities, and remove barriers to successful execution.
- Oversee digital reporting, data governance, and performance metrics to strengthen visibility, improve data quality, and enable informed business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize best practices, and increase the effectiveness and scalability of digital supply chain solutions.
- Provide leadership and governance across digital initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment throughout implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading initiatives related to digital transformation, process improvement, data governance, change management, or similar areas.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams and managing cross-functional projects within a complex business environment.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, data governance, system integrations, and technology-enabled business processes.
- Experience managing strategic business initiatives and communicating effectively with executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Qualifications
- A demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders across complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate strategy, project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Working knowledge of digital transformation, technology project management, business process improvement, data governance, system integrations, change management, and user adoption.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate challenges, identify risks, and develop practical, actionable solutions.
- Prominent ability to build collaborative relationships across internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external business partners.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated and solutions-oriented approach with the ability to leverage internal and external resources to achieve results.
