Senior Manager, Digital Supply Chain

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of supply chain systems and digital capabilities
• Oversee system governance and standardization across teams
• Drive cross-functional alignment for integrated end-to-end processes
• Manage system enhancements, including design reviews and user testing
• Ensure high data quality and accurate analytics reporting
• Champion user adoption and facilitate change management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize performance and support new initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics to align systems with organizational goals

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in supply chain, planning systems, or digital supply chain transformation with technology implementation experience
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end planning system programs with measurable business outcomes
• Deep knowledge in planning master-data governance and cross-functional process optimization
• Demonstrated success in leading user acceptance testing and change management initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in S&OP, Power BI, and KPI reporting automation
• Experience in coaching and developing managers within a Center of Excellence model
