Senior Manager, Developer Platforms

For a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Developer Platforms to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. This role involves collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead three teams focused on quality platforms and developer enablement
• Set strategic direction and roadmap for internal engineering systems
• Direct capabilities delivery to enhance software quality
• Guide architectural and platform transitions
• Measure and improve reliability and developer productivity

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in software at scale
• 3+ years of engineering team leadership responsibility
• Experience in defining strategy and creating internal engineering platforms
• Proficiency with automated testing and release pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

Pay

$174,700 – $253,400 annually
