Senior Manager, Demand Generation
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Demand Generation strategy, including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, webinars, content syndication, events, and direct mail
- Build and execute integrated, multi-touch B2B demand generation campaigns that generate net-new pipeline and accelerate active opportunities
- Lead and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs using platforms such as Nrich; align closely with Sales on target account strategy
- Set and deliver against quarterly pipeline sourced and pipeline influenced targets in partnership with Sales leadership
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance using Salesforce, Pardot, Power BI, and ABM analytics, driving continuous A/B testing and ROI improvement
Key Requirements
- Hard Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation within SaaS (cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise software preferred)
- Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline generation programs that drive measurable revenue impact
- Strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution (experience with Nrich, 6sense, or Demandbase preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (marketing automation)
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, interpreting attribution models, and forecasting pipeline
- Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to influence Sales and RevOps
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- AI Specific Skills: Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to increase work efficiency, enhance campaign personalization, and support data-driven decision-making across the customer lifecycle
Team Info
You’ll join the Global Demand Generation team, working closely with Sales (ITO audience), Product Marketing, RevOps, Marketing Operations, Creative, and the Center of Excellence (CoE). This role reports directly to the Director of Global Demand Generation and operates as a senior individual contributor within the marketing organization.
