Senior Manager, Data Services
Job Responsibilities
- Manages quality, accuracy, retention, availability, consistency, and security of company's databases.
- Explores, researches, and adapts innovative technologies that are adequate and applicable to Panda.
- Informs and enrolls internal partners to leverage new technology to make better business decisions.
- Manages and promotes relationships with key stakeholders including customers, business partners, team members, and vendors.
- Works with the IS Leadership to select and retain qualified staff to effectively carry out department functions and provide for the continuity of managerial and specialized skills.
- Cooks and develops the team to elevate their performance in support of the company’s growth strategies.
- Fosters and inspires a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instills the principles of this culture including training and development of team members.
- Acts as a mentor to team members by developing skill sets and introducing new technologies and tools when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IS or related field required.
- 7+ years of IS experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay
Pay Range: M3H: $157,000 - $220,500 / Annual
Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
