Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Data Analytics leads the development and execution of data strategies and experiences that drive informed business decisions across assortment. This role requires expertise in data quality management, advanced analytics, and visualization techniques to translate complex data into actionable insights. The position involves guiding teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. By leveraging deep business understanding and technical proficiency, the Senior Manager fosters continuous improvement, supports data governance, and champions innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.
What you'll do
- Identify and assess data flows to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
- Develop and implement data strategies that unlock business value and support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions through data analysis and visualization efforts to generate actionable insights.
- Oversee data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to maintain data integrity.
- Present complex data findings clearly to influence stakeholders and support strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
- Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. 1 year's supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data science, data analysis, statistics, or related field, Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, Related industry experience (for example, retail, merchandising, healthcare, eCommerce), Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (for example, SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau), Supervisory experience
