About the Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Data Analytics leads analytics initiatives across eCommerce, health, and supply chain functions. This role combines hands-on analytical work with team leadership, partnering with senior and executive leaders to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. The position also drives data fluency, establishes analytics standards, and advances AI-enabled solutions to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of five experienced analysts and data scientists through prioritization, coaching, and goal-setting.
  • Manage a portfolio of actionable analyses across eCommerce, supply chain, and health.
  • Partner directly with senior leaders and engage regularly with the executive team to address strategic business needs.
  • Define and maintain KPI and reporting standards for key business functions.
  • Advance AI-native analytics initiatives, including the development of self-service analytical tools.
  • Establish high standards for analytical quality, accuracy, and impact.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and data fluency across teams.
  • Deliver timely analyses and recommendations to address complex business challenges.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of analytics excellence and position the analytics function as a strategic business partner.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics or related data roles, preferably within high-growth consumer technology or e-commerce organizations.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing experienced analysts or data professionals.
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce or retail analytics, including KPIs related to inventory, pricing, and fulfillment.
  • Proven ability to balance hands-on analytical work with team leadership and management responsibilities.
  • Experience collaborating with VP-level and executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI-native analytics, self-service analytics infrastructure, and advanced reporting tools.
  • Strong ownership, intellectual curiosity, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong strategic thinking.
  • Expertise in data analytics, big data technologies, statistical modeling, and data governance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Pay

  • Starting salary range: $228,250–$273,900 annually.
  • Target annual bonus of 20%.
  • Competitive equity package.
  • Compensation varies based on location, experience, qualifications, performance, and role growth.
