Senior Manager, Data Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead a team focused on data engineering and business intelligence, with responsibility for strengthening the data foundation that supports analytics and operational decision-making. The Senior Manager will partner closely with stakeholders, cloud teams, and platform architects to shape future-state capabilities and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. This position also plays a key role in driving data pipeline reliability, integration performance, and continuous improvement across the analytics environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,000 – $173,000 annually Responsibilities Mentor and motivate a team of data engineers and business intelligence architects Deliver and maintain data services, interfaces, and real-time data pipelines Establish strong CI/CD and GitHub practices for data pipelines Work with stakeholders to define future-state business capabilities and translate them into designs Maintain analytics and data integration platforms in partnership with the internal cloud team Manage the operational upkeep of integration infrastructure on Ubuntu servers Analyze the current environment and recommend improvements in partnership with platform architects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 7+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or a related domain 4+ years of hands-on management experience with a track record of hiring and growing teams, coaching, and mentoring Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to operate in a fast-moving environment Hands-on approach to closing gaps in data infrastructure and technical execution Ability to code in SQL and experience with ETL solutions, including Informatica IICS and Qlik Replicate Prior experience with Snowflake, AWS, Qlik Replicate, Informatica IICS, and HubSpot Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Coverage Flexible Paid Time Off 401(k) + Match Mental Health Support & Well-Being Program Paid Maternity & Paternity Leave Education Assistance Company-funded Lifestyle Spending Account Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
