Senior Manager, Customer Success Systems

About the role
You will lead the design and delivery of impactful sales training programs that empower teams to excel and drive business success. This role offers the opportunity to shape learning strategies, manage a dynamic team, and influence skill development across all levels of the organization. As an individual contributor, you will focus on completing specific tasks and projects, contributing directly through your skills and expertise while performing specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, though collaboration with a team may occur.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver both informal and formal learning solutions that engage learners and achieve desired outcomes, ensuring content is accessible on appropriate platforms and delivered on schedule.
- Manage and develop a team of learning facilitators, course managers, instructional designers, and eLearning developers to ensure readiness for program delivery.
- Create and implement a delivery strategy that supports current and future learning programs, focusing on continuous improvement and team capability building.
- Facilitate a wide range of courses including managerial skills, technical procedures, new employee orientation, safety, and compliance, adapting methods to meet diverse learner needs.
- Employ advanced facilitation techniques such as debriefing, questioning, and constructive feedback to drive skill development and behavioral change aligned with business goals.
- Manage ad hoc projects and deliver learning solutions tailored for executive-level audiences, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Requirements
- Experience managing and developing high-performing training teams.
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles to create impactful, engaging learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, adept at delivering complex content to diverse audiences.
- Skills in managing multiple priorities and projects with agility in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative mindset focused on client service, building relationships, and driving measurable business results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of related experience.
Pay
Pay range: $86,275 – $133,870 per year. Incentive eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
