Senior Manager, CRM Revenue Expansion

Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM growth strategy, set the vision for upsell, cross-sell, and win-back, and make it happen globally.
  • Build journeys customers love, from first idea to full launch, driving conversions and LTV at every stage.
  • Run the engine, manage the campaign calendar and turn results into sharp insights that shape what we do next.
  • Test, learn, repeat, run A/B tests, trust the data, and never stop optimizing.
  • Make every message land, partner with creative, product, and international teams so it feels right everywhere, for everyone.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of CRM experience in a high-volume, revenue-focused role; experience in a B2C subscription-based tech company is a plus.
  • A test-and-learn mindset: you embrace new tools and AI to drive meaningful process improvements, and you treat iteration — including failure — as part of the path to step-change results.
  • A strong understanding of international markets and corresponding customer behaviors.
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing upsell-focused email, in-app, and push marketing campaigns.
  • Fluency with ESPs like Salesforce, Emarsys, Braze, or Customer.io
  • A strong understanding of CRM best practices and global compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR) across regions.
  • Proficient in email-specific HTML/CSS, liquid/scripting logic, SQL querying, and building advanced segments.
  • Experience with BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Amplitude to track performance and refine strategy.
  • A data-first mindset, you interpret results, spot trends, and make recommendations based on campaign performance.
  • Proficiency with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and a creative sensibility.

Qualifications

This position is located in NYC and requires a minimum of 3 days/week in office. Salary InformationIn New York City, the reasonable annualized full-time salary for this role is $110,000 - $126,000 and placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.
