About the Opportunity: The SENIOR MANAGER, CORE CONSUMER ANALYTICS leads a team of data scientists dedicated to improving the consumer experience through data-driven insights. This role shapes product strategy by developing and measuring the impact of features, guiding analytics and metrics strategy, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish robust data processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of data scientists to analyze complex business issues
- Provide actionable recommendations influencing product and operations roadmaps
- Present findings and strategies to senior leadership
- Drive measurement strategy, including defining success metrics and best practices for experimentation
- Develop strategic learning plans informed by data observations and hypotheses
Requirements
- Degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience managing data science teams with proven impactful analyses
- Over 8 years in data science and product analytics
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong technical expertise with the ability to apply it to business contexts
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with experimentation and data pipelines
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex data to non-technical audiences
Pay
Base salary range: $219,700 to $323,000 USD, localized by work location. Compensation includes opportunities for equity grants. Pay determined by skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
