About the role

Entegris is seeking a Senior Manager, Content, Brand, & Creative Services to join our Marketing team. The position is based at our corporate headquarters in Billerica, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Position our brand to promote Entegris as the industry's best materials technology development partner, to deliver industry-leading customer engagement, operate as a trusted, reliable supplier, and support employer-branding to make sure employees are engaged, supported, and proud of the work we do.
  • Design and execute branding strategies to grow brand awareness, promote recognition, interest, and engagement from external audiences.
  • Partner with the marketing and communications leadership team to evolve brand messaging and visual representations.
  • Lead corporate marketing, messaging, and storytelling initiatives across diverse channels to ensure the positive and premium image of Entegris across a wide range of external audiences.
  • Establish visual and content branding standards, ensuring they are communicated and met throughout internal and external channels.
  • Strategize and implement artificial intelligence appropriately to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness of the brand.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA or MS is desirable.
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing communications experience; utilizing multi-media platform including digital media.
  • 8+ years of experience in a high-level management role with organization design / workforce planning responsibilities.
  • Experience managing a matrix of design, creative, brand, and content focused agencies, vendors, and professionals.
  • Semiconductor or an advanced manufacturing, highly regulated, scientific industry experience preferred.
  • Strong preference for international experience, specifically in Asia & EMEA.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple strategic marketing and branding campaigns; working through extended team members and dotted-line relationships.
  • Demonstrated expertise establishing and sustaining progressive internal and external communication strategies.
  • Subject matter expert in brand application areas of media and digital marketing (web, social, email, paid channels, affiliate and 3rd party, etc...).
  • Superior organizational and operational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting all deadlines.
  • Strong financial/analytical acumen including understanding core and secondary marketing KPIs.
  • Unquestionable professional ethics and personal integrity.

  • Compensation: $127,000 - $169,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role

Pay

  • $127,000 - $169,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
