Senior Manager Consumer Insights

The Senior Manager of Consumer Insights & Strategy at Reynolds Consumer Products is responsible for:

• Building brand connections with consumers
• Providing consumer insight leadership and coordination of all consumer research projects
• Identifying and articulating key business issues, learning goals, and knowledge gaps for assigned brands
• Directing resources in executing projects
• Partnering with the Business Units on Strategic Business Planning Plans
• Turning research results and data into key insights that drive business growth
• Leading the effort of turning research results and data into key insights that drive business growth
• Working closely with the Senior Director of Analytics to leverage analytics, improve reporting quality, and maximize synergies with external research and agency partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
• 10+ years of experience in CPG market research
• Extensive experience with various qualitative and quantitative methodologies and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in gathering, compiling, and preparing data from Nielsen and/or IRI databases
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Great attention to detail
• Works independently but enjoys working with a team
