We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead high-impact M&A, procurement value creation and Direct Materials transformation engagements for leading organizations across the US. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, M&A and procurement—helping clients identify, quantify and realize significant value across the transaction lifecycle. What You’ll Lead Drive procurement due diligence, synergy assessment and value creation across acquisitions, divestitures and integrations. Identify and deliver Direct Materials savings, COGS optimization and supplier value opportunities. Build Day 1, 100-Day and post-merger value-capture strategies. Advise CPOs, CFOs, CEOs, Corporate Development and PE stakeholders on critical deal and transformation decisions. Lead high-performing consulting teams and own end-to-end client outcomes. Support business development, proposals and growth of our M&A & Procurement Advisory practice. What You Bring 11+ years in management consulting, procurement consulting, strategic sourcing, supply chain or value creation. Proven experience in M&A / due diligence / PMI / carve-outs and procurement value creation. Deep Direct Materials / COGS expertise with strong strategic sourcing and cost-transformation capabilities. Track record of quantifying and delivering measurable financial impact. Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders. Ability to lead complex engagements, teams and client relationships.Minimum of Bachelors degree/MBA preferred Salary Range: $140,000 – $175,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional Compensation: Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
