Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits

About the role

This position leads a team that provides tax and operational support during corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and IPOs. The role blends advisory, compliance, and integration work while cultivating senior‑level client relationships and driving business development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tax and operational risks associated with corporate transactions.
• Draft technical memorandums and design post‑transaction processes.
• Manage compliance and integrate employee compensation and benefits programs globally.
• Cultivate senior‑level client relationships and deliver high‑quality advisory and operational services.
• Manage engagement teams and oversee project performance and financials.
• Lead business development initiatives and mentor team members.
• Contribute to external and internal client presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in employer benefit strategies.
• Expertise in global compensation, benefits, employment tax compliance, M&A advisory, and share‑based compensation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
• Professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD (preferred) or advanced degrees like an MBA (preferred).
