We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. So we need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - Who We Are: description of company mission. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is about company, not role. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have "Role Summary" which describes the role: Senior Manager, Communications responsibilities. That could go under "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role (maybe a brief summary), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (list), Benefits (list), Pay (salary range), maybe Schedule (if mentioned). There's no explicit schedule besides "Fully remote work environment". That could be schedule? Not exactly. Could treat as part of Benefits or maybe Schedule if they mention remote work. But schedule likely refers to work schedule (e.g., full-time, part-time). The posting says "A full-time position". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with "Full-time". Also "Fully remote work environment" could be Benefits or maybe separate but we can include under Benefits. We need to avoid filler: "competitive salary based on experience" is okay but we have actual range $155k - $185k. So Pay section with that. Benefits: list includes: fully remote work environment with home office set-up allowance, no pre-set vacation limits, parental leave benefits, corporate value of working sustainably, competitive benefits package including numerous health and wellness benefits, 401(k) plan with employer contributions, opportunity to work with amazing people, thriving in fully-remote work environment, learning and growing every day. Also note visa sponsorship not available. That's a requirement? It's a note about eligibility. Could be under Requirements? Probably not; it's a note about work authorization. Could be included in Requirements as "Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship". We'll include that. Requirements list: many bullet-like sentences. We'll extract each as
  • . Also there is "Qualifications" maybe overlapping with Requirements. The instruction says we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections if there is distinct content. The posting lumps them under "Requirements". We could treat that as Requirements. Could also split into Requirements and Qualifications but we need real specific content. Since they are all under Requirements heading, we could just have Requirements section. Qualifications maybe not needed. Skills: maybe not separate; but we could extract skills from requirements (e.g., exceptional writing and spokesperson skills, etc.) but we can keep them under Requirements. We need to avoid duplication. Let's parse the posting text. (boilerplate to remove) We need to remove EEO boilerplate. Now produce HTML. Sections: - About the role: maybe use the Role Summary paragraph (first paragraph after Role Summary). Could be a brief description. We'll put that as

. - Responsibilities: list from "What You Will Do" bullet-like sentences. We'll extract each duty as

  • . The text is a bit run-on but we can split by sentences starting with capital letters after a period. Let's parse: "Lead media relations Serve as the primary driver of press coverage across energy trade media and tier-1 financial/business outlets (WSJ, Bloomberg, FT, Reuters, CNBC, and the leading energy trades).Bring existing relationships and keep them warm—this is a relationship-first role." That seems two sentences: "Lead media relations." Actually it's a heading then sentence. We'll treat as duty: "Serve as the primary driver of press coverage across energy trade media and tier-1 financial/business outlets (WSJ, Bloomberg, FT, Reuters, CNBC, and the leading energy trades). Bring existing relationships and keep them warm—this is a relationship-first role." Next: "Lead announcements and executive visibility Plan and execute all partner announcements and press releases, from first draft through coverage and corrections. Build and run an executive communications program for the CEO and other executive voices—securing interviews, speaking slots, and podcast appearances, and coaching leadership to perform well in them.Consolidate key talking points and presentation outlines for all executive external appearances. Define lanes for company voices and track and secure opportunities to build company visibility and strategic messaging weighted toward priority messaging.Identify and develop additional company spokespeople, shape their narratives, and pursue thought leadership opportunities that build leadership and brand momentum." We can split into multiple duties: maybe each sentence. Let's list duties: 1. Serve as the primary driver of press coverage across energy trade media and tier-1 financial/business outlets (WSJ, Bloomberg, FT, Reuters, CNBC, and the leading energy trades).
