isolved is seeking a strategic, creative, and highly collaborative Senior Manager, Communications & PR to lead our Public Relations (PR) and Analyst Relations (AR) programs. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Communications, this role will help shape and amplify isolved's brand narrative across media, industry analysts, customers, partners, and owned content channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional who thrives in fast-growing technology environments and is energized by finding compelling ways to tell stories that drive awareness, credibility, and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic PR programs that elevate isolved's brand awareness, thought leadership, and market positioning.
  • Identify and drive proactive storytelling opportunities around company news, product innovation, customers, partners, and industry trends.
  • Partner cross-functionally with executives, marketing, product marketing, customer advocacy, and partner teams to develop compelling narratives and media opportunities.
  • Manage media strategy and outreach efforts in partnership with isolved's external PR agency.
  • Support media engagement opportunities including interview preparation, speaking opportunities, award submissions, and press materials.
  • Leverage existing media relationships where applicable while helping expand isolved's visibility and credibility within key industry conversations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on PR program performance and share insights and recommendations with leadership.
  • Lead isolved's analyst relations strategy and engagement program.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts and firms covering HCM, HR technology, payroll, workforce management, and adjacent markets.
  • Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and strategic engagements to strengthen isolved's market presence and positioning.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop differentiated messaging and materials for analyst audiences.
  • Monitor analyst research, market trends, and competitive insights to inform communications and business strategies.
  • Partner closely with the content, social media, demand generation, and digital marketing teams to extend and amplify external messaging across owned and earned channels.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose and integrate earned media coverage, analyst insights, customer stories, and thought leadership into blogs, social content, webinars, campaigns, and other go-to-market initiatives.
  • Help ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across PR, analyst relations, content marketing, and broader brand communications efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and partner teams to strengthen and elevate isolved's platform story through media, analysts, customers, and partner ecosystems.
  • Support communications strategies that highlight the value of isolved's partnerships, integrations, and broader ecosystem across external channels.
  • Manage external PR agency relationships, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, messaging, and business goals.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and accountability to agency partners while maximizing program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Oversee communications calendars, campaign planning, and integrated execution across PR and AR initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all external communications.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or analyst relations within B2B technology companies.
  • Experience supporting both PR and AR programs in fast-growing or emerging technology environments.
  • Combination of agency and in-house communications experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic communications plans that align to business objectives—not just execute tactical programs.
  • Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to uncover and shape compelling narratives.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with content, product marketing, social, and demand generation teams to create integrated communications strategies.
  • Understanding of how earned, owned, and shared media channels work together to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Existing media relationships are a plus, but success in this role will primarily come from the ability to drive strategy and effectively partner with external agency resources.
  • Experience supporting communications programs involving technology partners, channel partners, reseller ecosystems, or referral partner networks is a strong plus.
  • Ability to identify strategic storytelling opportunities that extend beyond traditional PR tactics and contribute to broader business and go-to-market objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence interacting with senior leaders, media, analysts, customers, and partners.
  • Experience in HCM, HR technology, SaaS, or related technology industries is a significant plus.
