About the Opportunity:The SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER leads the development and execution of strategic communications to enhance employee engagement and strengthen the organization's employer reputation. This role advises leaders on communications, supports internal knowledge sharing and community-building, and manages content that promotes the employer value proposition. Additionally, it supports external communications strategies related to corporate reputation and product promotion. Responsibilities:Advise leaders on enterprise and departmental communicationsDevelop and execute communications strategies to advance the employer brand internally and externallyManage communications for integration of acquired companiesOversee intranet publishing governanceLead editorial strategy and production of monthly company newsletterSupport internal and executive communications with CEO and Chief People Officer officesDevelop content and manage events for company town hallsManage communications for People/HR campaigns and organizational changesProvide guidance on internal incident and crisis communicationsSupport development of materials promoting talent, culture, and values Requirements:5+ years in public relations and communications, including in-house experience at mid- to large-sized companiesExperience leading internal communications programsStrong knowledge of internal communications best practicesExperience with earned media and journalist collaboration; journalism background consideredProven ability to develop and execute multi-stakeholder communications programsExperience using AI for content creation and interest in leveraging AI for communications workflowsStrong business, creative, and editorial writing skillsExcellent project management and multitasking abilitiesPreferably healthcare industry experienceBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field Pay Range and Compensation Package:The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is: $132,000—$155,000 USD Benefits & Perks:Medical insurancePaid maternity leave Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
