About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Programs to help scale and grow our emerging service lines in Substance Use Disorder and Cardiology. This role reports to the Director of Patient Care and will own the clinical and operational roadmap for these service lines.
Responsibilities
- Own the clinical and operational roadmap for our Substance Use Disorder and Cardiology service lines.
- Help build sustainable, tech-enabled clinical programs from the ground up.
- Regularly collaborate with Product, Growth, Commercial, Client Success, and Provider Support to ensure clinical integrity meets business velocity.
- Bridge the gap between clinical excellence and non-clinical operational efficiency.
- Iterate rapidly on service delivery models based on real-time provider and patient feedback.
- Advocate for a holistic approach to patient care that addresses both physical and behavioral health needs.
Requirements
- Strong skills working with cross-functional stakeholders; fluent in both "Product" and "Patient."
- 8+ years of clinical nursing experience and management, with a mandatory background in Substance Use Disorder.
- Preferred but not required: A strong clinical background in Cardiology or holding cardiology-specific certifications.
- Experience in a high-growth healthcare or technology company; understanding how to scale while maintaining high quality standards.
- Track record in program development - ability to write new playbooks rather than follow existing ones.
- Ability to move between high-level strategic planning and "in the weeds" operational troubleshooting.
- Ability to lead with empathy while maintaining a relentless focus on data-driven clinical outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful - able to find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.
- Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, client success, data, and product teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Board certification in Substance Use Disorder preferred.
- Experience in Cardiology or cardiology-specific certifications preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 depending on geography and level of experience, plus equity and an annual bonus.
