About the role
Provide strategic leadership for clinical education, competency assessment, and staff development across multiple Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage programs to enhance clinical excellence, compliance, and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with nursing, operations, and quality teams to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher; RN license in Texas.
- Current BLS certification.
- 7+ years in patient or staff education and clinical management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, and digital communication tools.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Master's in nursing education or specialty certifications.
- 10+ years nursing administration focused on clinical education and ASC operations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and personnel management skills.
