Senior Clinical Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will guide cross-functional clinical program execution within a medical device environment, with a strong emphasis on study planning, scientific rigor, and regulatory alignment. The position will partner closely with scientific, operational, and functional stakeholders to keep complex study portfolios moving forward. It will also play a key role in identifying risks early, driving timely action plans, and supporting high-quality clinical outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 annually Responsibilities Lead multiple cross-functional clinical project teams to achieve clinical goals Design and review clinical study protocols with scientific rigor Identify critical actions for the assigned study portfolio within 30 days and implement plans accordingly Proactively address project risks and develop mitigation strategies Ensure high-quality clinical studies adhere to ethical and regulatory standards Qualifications 8+ years of clinical project/program management experience in a medical device setting Strong project management capabilities with a history of professional progression Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a writing sample requested from leading candidates Ability to make decisions and troubleshoot under pressure in fast-paced environments Proficient in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Benefits Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision Generous personal and vacation time allowance Retirement savings plan with employer contributions Access to an employee stock purchase plan Support for training and continuing education initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
