Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals and how DXC’s various offerings can address them.
- Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies.
- Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary.
- Provide regular status updates on account performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline. (Advanced degree is a nice to have but not required)
- 15 years relevant experience
- Active PMP or PgMP
- Active SECRET Clearance
- Must be located in the DC Metro Area and be prepared to be onsite as required.
Qualifications
- AI/ML Certifications
- Other relevant technical certifications
- Experience managing program portfolios

- Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $137,900 – $256,100.

Pay
- A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $137,900 – $256,100.
