Business Development$140k–$160k/yrFull-time

About the role

As Senior Manager of Client Strategy (Post-Sales) Enablement, you will own the systems, skills, and content that make our Client Strategy team more consistent and effective at driving retention and growth. Reporting into Client Strategy leadership, you'll be the connective tissue between Client Strategy, Product, Product Marketing, and cross-functional GTM partners—turning business priorities into the playbooks, training, coaching, and measurement that help every post-sales team member ramp quickly, navigate client conversations with confidence, and execute at a high level.

Responsibilities

  • Build the post-sales enablement engine. Own ShopMy’s post-sales enablement function end to end, setting strategy across enterprise, growth, and SMB segments.
  • Create targeted content that drives commercial outcomes. Develop and maintain onboarding materials, objection-handling resources, new product communications, messaging guides, client conversation frameworks, and playbooks that Client Strategy Managers actually use—partnering with Product and Product Marketing to keep them accurate, current, and on-brand.
  • Design and run training. Build the onboarding ramp programs for new Client Strategy hires and ongoing training on product launches, commercial instincts, and core skills that raise the floor across the team.
  • Identify and address capability gaps. Turn opportunities identified with Client Strategy leadership into scalable programming—from evergreen learning agendas to targeted trainings tied to launches.
  • Coach for performance. Partner with Client Strategy leadership to embed coaching into the team’s rhythm—Gong call reviews, deal deep dives, and skill-building—to ensure Client Strategy Managers continuously improve where it matters most.
  • Measure what works. Define and track the leading indicators that prove enablement is working, anchored to retention and growth outcomes.
  • Operate cross-functionally. Serve as the bridge between Client Strategy and key partners across Product, Product Marketing, and GTM teams—translating cross-functional context into the right support for Client Strategy Managers.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in enablement, learning, or capability building at a high-growth B2B company.
  • Proven track record building programs at scale for customer-facing teams—this org is 40+ people today.
  • Commercial context experience in sales, post-sales, or customer-facing enablement (driving growth outcomes, not just service outcomes).
  • Instructional design that drives adoption—a track record of building content and training that busy post-sales teams actually use because it helps in real client situations.
  • Experience in a product-led org.
  • Excellent communicator—async, live, and everything in between—who can make complex things simple and get teams to adopt new behaviors.
  • Self-starter, comfortable building from zero in ambiguity.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts, building trust quickly and influencing stakeholders without authority.
  • Dynamic teacher/trainer with strong facilitation and coaching instincts.

Qualifications

  • Experience standing up a post-sales, customer enablement, or revenue enablement function for the first time.
  • Bonus points for background as a CSM, AE, or other commercial customer-facing role before moving into enablement.
  • B2B experience.
  • Experience supporting teams through major product launches and rollout motions.
  • AI-forward—experience with core AI tools and evidence of thinking about enablement in an AI-first way.
