This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,500 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own the Permissions & Privacy Framework, defining role-based access principles
- Operationalize access and policy management, influencing design workflows
- Govern ongoing permission decisions, managing access requests centrally
- Build audit, monitoring, and risk controls for consistency
- Drive cross-system alignment with Product and Technology teams
- Create training and guidance for employees on access policies
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in data governance and access management
- Strong knowledge of role-based access controls and data privacy principles
- Proven project management and process design skills
- Exceptional analytical skills for investigating complex permission scenarios
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship-management abilities across multiple functional teams
