Senior Manager, Client and Partner Program Management

About the role

This leader will own the orchestration of complex client and partner engagements from early pursuit through pilot launch and commercial rollout. The role sits at the intersection of business development, client operations, engineering, IT, legal, and external partners, with a focus on building strong governance and execution discipline. It is well suited for a program leader who can navigate multi-party commercial arrangements, translate strategy into action, and help drive successful adoption of AI-enabled customer experience solutions.

Location & Compensation

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial pursuits alongside business development and executive teams
• Establish joint governance structures across client operations and partners
• Facilitate communication between IT departments and engineering teams
• Define success metrics for pilot projects and manage transitions to commercial rollout
• Document and refine engagement and launch playbooks for standard practices

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, client delivery, or partner engagement
• At least 3 years managing complex, multi-party commercial engagements
• Experience with ISPs, telecom carriers, BPOs, or enterprise CX platforms
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AI and CX technology, including CRM integrations and privacy reviews
• Proficient in navigating commercial terms, SLAs, and leading legal reviews
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams without direct authority
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives
