Senior Manager- Client Accounting Services

Position Summary

The Senior Manager will serve as a resource for the team for strategic direction and guidance, as well as technical support and identification of areas for process improvement. They will contribute to the Client Accounting Service’s Portfolio Management team by identifying key issues and crafting proactive solutions. They are expected to foster a culture of innovation by leveraging technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational performance, improve client experiences, and support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience required
• Prior consulting experience with proven ability to manage multiple client service teams and client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (degrees focusing on accounting or finance preferred)
• Ability to achieve desired results by holding others accountable and leading teams
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with discussing technical concepts and distilling them into actionable steps for your team and/or clients
• Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Proven track record of improving financial and operational processes, preferably with growth-stage companies
• Ability to adapt to a changing working environment, pivoting with new priorities, communicating change effectively, and driving alignment in execution with your teams and clients
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate, adopt, and utilize emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and automation tools, to enhance business processes, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency
