Senior Manager — CFO Services

About the role

This firm is a boutique M&A/PE Advisory firm that has experienced significant growth in the last 4 years. They are actively building out new services lines and offerings. The ideal candidate will lead the FinOps group, executing CFO/Controller projects for middle market PE-backed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Execute CFO/Controller projects for middle market PE-backed organizations
• Skilled in value creation and portco optimization/growth
• Experience in private equity controllership/CFO/Finance roles
• 7-15 years of experience is ideal, CPA preferred
• Prior management consulting experience is a plus
