About the Team

The Centralized Insights & Analytics team at Mammoth Brands works cross-functionally to analyze performance across retail, digital, and marketing investments, providing objective reporting and guidance for the Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando brands.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager on the Centralized Insights & Analytics team, you will support the Category Strategy & Analytics function for Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. You will analyze key business drivers, inform brand strategy, and influence responses to the competitive environment. This role involves collaboration across nearly all teams at Mammoth Brands, with significant leadership exposure. The position is based at our New York headquarters and reports to the Head of Centralized Insights & Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze key business drivers, including macro market trends, category performance, shopper behavior, and competitive dynamics to shape strategy.
  • Develop a thoughtful approach to reporting on critical business changes and performance metrics.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities for the brands.
  • Lead high-impact internal projects in collaboration with key functional leaders, from strategy to implementation.
  • Serve as an expert on performance across markets, channels, and customers, addressing the CMO’s most pressing questions.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, analytics, operations, and more.
  • Act as a team leader, providing coaching, mentorship, and serving as the analytics lead for omnichannel projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; 4-7 years of experience in an analytical, data-driven role (2+ years in management consulting or investment banking preferred).
  • Experience with advanced modeling and creating impactful presentations (CPG industry experience and familiarity with Syndicated or Retailer Loyalty Data is a plus).
  • Self-starter with the confidence to manage projects independently after onboarding.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus.
  • Comfortable and effective when presenting to senior leadership and partners.
  • Passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive attitude.

Who You’ll Work With

  • Report to the Head of Centralized Insights & Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the broader “CIA” team, including Channel Analytics, Demand Planning, Enablement (BI and Analytics Engineering), Consumer Insights, and Data Science sub-teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand Teams, Retail Sales, Digital Marketplaces, Demand Planning, R&D, Maker and Design teams, and Finance.

Schedule

Pay

The base salary hiring range for this position is $142,400–$175,000. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s location, skill level, and experience.
