At Turo, we’re reinventing rentals and re-establishing the car as an icon of independence and individual agency. We’re seeking an experienced, strategic leader to join our team as Senior Manager of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships.
What You Will Do
Develop the overall strategy for building and scaling a portfolio of partnerships that expands Turo’s reach and drives profitable growth across new and existing partnership channels
Identify, negotiate, and execute innovative partnerships with key strategic partners including structuring creative commercial frameworks and product solutions that drive measurable business impact
Track, analyze, and optimize partnership performance; own reporting and business reviews with leadership, including metrics such as unit economics, ROAS, efficiency, incrementality, and financial performance
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Legal, and leadership to influence product roadmaps, support partner launches, and ensure successful ongoing partner integrations
Develop and manage a team of Business Development & Partnership Managers while building scalable processes to support complex partnerships, integrations, and ongoing operational needs
Serve as the primary internal advocate for partners and represent Turo externally with partner leadership teams and at industry events, ensuring strong executive relationships and alignment
