Senior Manager, Brokerage Treasury Operations

About the role

The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Westlake team as part of a dual-site operation. This leader will be accountable for delivering operational excellence, maintaining a strong risk and control environment, and ensuring consistent execution, quality, and service delivery while partnering closely with peers across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Westlake team, fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of money movement activities, including ACH, wires, checkwriting, investigations, reconciliations, and exception processing.
• Drive operational performance by meeting service level commitments, maintaining high-quality standards, and minimizing operational risk.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, controls, and service delivery.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and cross-training.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 99 required; within 90 days of hire
