  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership on critical banking and cash management issues.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience with a strong preference for those who have developed, implemented, and managed large-scale, cross-functional workstreams. Treasury or Corporate Finance experience is required; large multinational treasury, Big-4 accounting, or similar experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-priority treasury initiatives and workstreams, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in international expansions.
  • Experience in scaling treasury operations functions is strongly preferred.
  • Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex financial information in an easy-to-understand format and interacting comfortably with executive management.
  • Ability to think creatively; a builder who is ambitious with the highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Collaboratively focused and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and ever-changing business.
  • Demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics.

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; no H1-B visa sponsorship available.

Skills

  • Extreme level of ownership; ability to get into details while seeing the bigger picture.
  • Curiosity about cash flow efficiency and optimizing financial operations.
  • Thrives on tackling complex operational challenges and implementing lasting solutions.
