About the role

M/s Asian Regency Limited (Bangladesh Liaison Office) is seeking a full-time Apparel Sourcing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in apparel sourcing, garment manufacturing, far east sourcing, fabric sourcing, Asia business development, overseas sourcing, garment industry knowledge, garment production, and supplier sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing high-quality fabrics and materials from Asia
• Managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers in the Far East
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Collaborating with the Quality Control department to maintain product consistency
• Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key suppliers
• Supporting the sourcing process for new products and markets
• Reporting on sourcing performance and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Proven experience in apparel sourcing and garment manufacturing
• Strong understanding of the garment industry and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
