    • Support transaction structuring, bid strategy, negotiations, financing, documentation, regulatory processes, and closing readiness.
  • Approvals, Governance, and Executive Communication:
    • Develop and coordinate investment committee and board approval materials, including executive summaries, investment theses, valuation analyses, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
    • Manage approval timelines, decision gates, stakeholder inputs, and follow-up actions across divisions, corporate functions, subsidiaries, and headquarters.
    • Present analyses and recommendations to senior executives, addressing challenges and adapting to changing information.
  • Portfolio Strategy, Performance, and Value Creation:
    • Lead strategic and financial reviews of subsidiaries and investments, including performance diagnostics, benchmarking, capital allocation, and growth options.
    • Work with subsidiary management to develop strategic plans, operating priorities, and value-creation initiatives.
    • Support post-close integration, 100-day planning, governance, synergy tracking, and risk remediation.
    • Evaluate subsidiary pipeline focus and new-business initiatives, including organic growth, adjacent-market entry, partnerships, and acquisitions.
  • Team Leadership and Operating Excellence:
    • Structure ambiguous problems into clear workplans, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
    • Direct and review the work of analysts, associates, consultants, and cross-functional team members, providing coaching and feedback.
    • Build trusted relationships with subsidiary executives, internal leaders, lenders, investment banks, consultants, and transaction participants.
    • Improve investment processes, analytical tools, approval templates, and portfolio monitoring while maintaining controls and confidentiality.
