For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Manager - Application Development Engineer to lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. About the role

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of an SQL Server-based Investment Management Data Warehouse to a cloud-native data platform
• Drive execution of the cloud migration strategy and modernize data pipelines
• Enable governed analytics using Looker for analytics applications
• Support AI-powered data access solutions using Vertex AI
• Translate business requirements into technology execution plans for stakeholders
• Guide technical teams in developing and optimizing data models and processes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, platform engineering, or related technology leadership roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery architecture
• Proven experience leading large-scale data warehouse modernization or cloud migration projects
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture patterns and governance
• Strong programming foundation in Python for data engineering and AI/ML workflows
• Experience managing technical teams and leading complex programs
• Strong understanding of cloud security and data privacy requirements

Pay

$106,605 – $260,590 annually
