About the role

This job will lead complex projects and participate in problem resolution, driving global process improvements. You will manage key partnerships, ensuring retention and growth, and contribute to the development of partnership strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

• New York City, New York: Base Pay: $160,300.00 - $237,930.00 Annually
• New York City, New York: Total Target Cash (base pay plus sales incentive compensation): $229,000.00 - $339,900.00 Annually
• Additional compensation may include equity or other incentive compensation, as applicable.

Schedule

Balanced hybrid work model: 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace.
