Senior Maintenance Technician - Washington Region

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at properties throughout our Washington region. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting and apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties. Reliable transportation is required, and availability to work on-call rotation is a must.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property (preferred)
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
• Strong customer service attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility and reliability

Pay

$32–$36 per hour, depending on experience.
