About the role

As a Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer Leader at SABERT CORPORATION, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability programs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime across all facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies that enhance equipment uptime and reduce operational costs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design and execution of reliability-centered maintenance programs.
  • Collaborate with facility managers to identify and mitigate risks associated with equipment failures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of current maintenance practices and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to maintenance and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance engineering or reliability management.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing maintenance teams.
  • Experience with reliability-centered maintenance methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of asset management systems and software.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance techniques and technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits.
