About the role
As a Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer Leader at SABERT CORPORATION, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability programs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime across all facilities.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies that enhance equipment uptime and reduce operational costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and execution of reliability-centered maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with facility managers to identify and mitigate risks associated with equipment failures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of current maintenance practices and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to maintenance and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance engineering or reliability management.
- Proven track record of leading and managing maintenance teams.
- Experience with reliability-centered maintenance methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
