Job Qualifications: What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Education: High School Diploma required OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience engineering Microsoft 365 systems
- Experience: 9+ years of experience engineering Microsoft 365 systems with a High School diploma
- Technical skills: – SharePoint Online architecture and governance – OneDrive for Business – Power Apps and Power Automate development – PnP PowerShell scripting for administration of M365 services – Microsoft Graph API and automation
- Experience supporting compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800‑171, DFARS, CIS)
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with or exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted workflows is a plus
