Responsibilities
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems daily
- Consult with buyers, convert to agreements, and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
- Commit to weekly trainings, morning huddles and 1 weekly in-person team meeting
- Participate in seasonal team activities
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
- Close business!
Qualifications
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience in the Luxury category
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a record of success
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
- Skilled at overcoming objections
- Strong communicator and committed to service
- Learning-based, growth-minded
- Desire to work in a collegial environment
- Willingness to try new strategies and procedures
