Senior Logistics Pricing & Solutions Analyst

On-site in Green Bay, WI, USA. First shift, full time: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

About the role

Schneider is seeking a Senior Logistics Pricing & Solutions Analyst to lead the creation and implementation of new products, services, and solutions for customers. The analyst will create initial drafts of customer proposals, price the opportunities, develop project plans, and prepare final written proposal documents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations, sales, pricing, lead generation, finance, and purchasing teams to develop and deploy solutions for customers.
• Develop value propositions that enable continuous improvement.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Assess customer needs and lead the design of solutions that are mutually beneficial to Schneider and the customer.
• Coordinate annual rate reviews that align with current market conditions, actual account performance, and budget expectations.
• Find ways to improve the proposal process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, graphs, and other functions.
• Able to display outcomes and data in a format that is easy for customers to understand.
• Able to analyze and understand profit and loss statements.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
