Senior Lockbox Processor
What You'll Do
You'll support the Bank's Receivable Operation, enabling customers to accept electronic and traditional paper-based payments. You'll capture remittance information using efficient technology services and transfer this information to output files and reports. You'll work with a team of Receivables Processors to expedite collections and post payment information, focusing on high-level customer service and providing a professional, prompt, and accurate banking experience.

- Daily workflow management
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
- Performing routine tasks such as sorting mail, extracting payments, reviewing payments, and scanning deposits
- Maintaining strict processing deadlines before designated cutoff times
- Aiding in the training and development of new employees
- Handling advanced research and high-value clients
What You'll Need
- 1+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or similar field
- High school diploma required
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and regulations, industry standards, and practices
- Back office receivables operation experience
- Ability to 10-key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Entry level speaking and writing communications skills
Compensation
The hourly range for new hires is generally $19.09 - $21.50 for Las Vegas, NV. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
