Senior Localization and Planning Engineer - Autonomous Vehicles

Responsibilities

• Design and implement navigation systems using standard maps such as Google Maps
• Ensure algorithm performance across diverse, large-scale datasets
• Write safe and efficient code in C++
• Productize software for real-world deployment in consumer vehicles
• Adhere to automotive quality and safety standards, including MISRA and ISO26262

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of proven experience in software development
• Strong background in algorithm design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-team collaboration
• Expertise in modern C++ with a focus on RAII and exception safety

$184,000 – $356,500 annually
