Senior Loan Servicing Administrator – Uni-tranche and Syndications
What You'll Do
- Processes loan transactions, including complex increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, commitment reductions, etc.
- Preparation/review of loan documents and forms in relation to servicing activities.
- Preparation of interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments.
- Investigate discrepancies when necessary.
- Prepare GL entries as required.
- Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities.
What You'll Need
- High school graduation or GED and 5+ years or more of Financial Services experience related to loan Servicing Operations.
- Loan Agency Servicing experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills preferred.
- Knowledge of loan products, including Credit Agreements, Guarantees, and Letters of Credit, preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate knowledge of FIS IBS and CLS (ACBS, FCM, and FTM applications preferred).
- Strong time management/organizational skills preferred.
- Experience in supporting servicing functions for variety of portfolios (both as Agent and Participant) preferred.
