Senior Loan Officer

About the role

We are seeking a successful, self-motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our Inside Sales team and transition into the Investment Lending Space. As a Senior Loan Officer, you will specialize in Fix and Flip, New Construction, and Rental Property Loans, build your own book of business, and sell across 46 states.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Management: Build your own book of business through prospecting and networking.
• Customer Development: Educate prospects and clients about Lima One’s products and negotiate loan terms.
• Relationship Building: Nurture client relationships and maintain your book of business.
• Pipeline Collaboration: Work with other loan originators, underwriters, and processors for a top-notch customer service experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage loan origination
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of sales experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Active NMLS License (plus)

• Communication Skills: Ability to hold resourceful and significant conversations and conduct proactive follow-ups with potential and active borrowers
• Certifications: Active NMLS License (plus)
