What You’ll Do
- Drive & Sustain Occupancy Growth
- Execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase and stabilize occupancy
- Balance near-term move-ins with long-term pipeline and waitlist development
- Maintain consistent, thoughtful follow-up with prospects based on readiness and timing
- Keep CRM accurate and up to date to reflect relationship progress and next steps
- Deliver a Consultative, Relationship-Focused Experience
- Conduct welcoming, personalized tours that focus on lifestyle fit and individual needs
- Build trust with seniors and their families through empathy, patience, and understanding
- Guide prospects through decision-making at a pace that feels comfortable and informed
- Build & Nurture Lead Sources
- Develop lasting relationships with referral partners, including:
- Senior living professionals
- Community organizations
- Local influencers and service providers
- Participate in outreach, events, and networking to create consistent, high-quality interest
- Cultivate future residents early to develop a strong waitlist
- Contribute to Ongoing Success
- Monitor key metrics such as occupancy trends, pipeline health, and conversion timelines
- Partner with leadership to adjust strategies based on community needs
- Provide consistent updates on prospect engagement, outreach efforts, and opportunities
- This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a relationship-first environment while still understanding how to move prospects forward with intention.
- 2+ years of relationship‑driven, consultative sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Grow or maintain occupancy
- Manage a sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
- Build trust with clients through longer decision cycles
- Strong relationship builder with a thoughtful, consultative approach
- High emotional intelligence when working with seniors and families
- Organized and consistent with CRM and follow-up practices
- Comfortable with outreach and engagement, with a focus on quality over volume
- Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with occasional evenings and events
- Reliable transportation for outreach and community engagement
- Ability to stay active while conducting tours and interacting throughout the day
