Responsibilities

Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, alongside a minimum of five years in sales, leasing, admissions, or community relations.
- Your proven track record in sales and marketing, with an established portfolio of clientele, will be critical in exceeding performance goals through relationship selling.
- Experience in retirement housing such as assisted living, independent living, or memory care will give you a unique understanding of our residents' needs.
- Obtaining Fair Housing Certification is essential for successful engagement with prospective residents.
- Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a genuine ability to connect with people are vital to building lasting relationships that foster community and trust.
Skills
- Relevant skills and experience in sales, leasing, admissions, or community relations.
- Experience in retirement housing (assisted living, independent living, or memory care).
- Proven successful track record in sales and marketing (established portfolio of clientele).
- Fair Housing Certification or ability to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents.

$75,000 - $85,000 per year
