Responsibilities

  • Welcome potential residents and their families by providing engaging and informative tours of our vibrant community.
  • Attend local events and actively engage with the community, showcasing the exceptional lifestyle we offer.
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
  • Contribute to innovative sales and marketing campaigns that highlight our commitment to excellence and empathy.
  • Create lasting bonds and foster a supportive environment.
  • Help families find their ideal senior living solutions.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, alongside a minimum of five years in sales, leasing, admissions, or community relations.
  • Your proven track record in sales and marketing, with an established portfolio of clientele, will be critical in exceeding performance goals through relationship selling.
  • Experience in retirement housing such as assisted living, independent living, or memory care will give you a unique understanding of our residents' needs.
  • Obtaining Fair Housing Certification is essential for successful engagement with prospective residents.
  • Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a genuine ability to connect with people are vital to building lasting relationships that foster community and trust.

Skills

  • Relevant skills and experience in sales, leasing, admissions, or community relations.
  • Experience in retirement housing (assisted living, independent living, or memory care).
  • Proven successful track record in sales and marketing (established portfolio of clientele).
  • Fair Housing Certification or ability to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents.
